Despite some initial trepidation, I was delighted by the quality of service. The staff swiftly addressed my requests. An unexpected highlight was enjoying a delicious omelet at breakfast that truly exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend utilizing the local dining options for a complete experience!

Eau Claire's culinary scene knocked my socks off, especially at nearby Burrachos Fresh Mexican Grill—those burritos are worth diving into! Also, with shopping close by, I never ran out of options to explore. Plus, the complimentary breakfast kept me fueled for my business adventures!

Parking sucked big time. After our event, we circled around only to find boats hogging all the spots. Front desk suggested squeezing into Target! Maybe a boat policy needs reevaluating.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, Pet-friendly. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location is excellent, close to various amenities. The complimentary breakfast had many hot and cold choices. I will definitely return! 😊

I truly enjoyed my stay thanks to the hotel's perfect spot near neat walking trails and two thrift shops just across the street, while the friendly staff made my visit even more comfortable with warm service. For solo travelers like me, the cozy atmosphere combined with easy access to local attractions adds so much value to the experience.

Had a bit of a rough start with cleanliness—mirrors were smudged, and the toilet had stains that shouldn’t be part of the experience. Parking was a problem. boats took up multiple spots, forcing me to park at a nearby store. The breakfast felt underwhelming, with trays often empty and only a limited selection available. Also, the air conditioning struggled, making the room uncomfortably warm at times. While the decor is modern, I found it odd that the TV wasn't set up right, cutting off important parts of the screen. Not the best vibe overall, for sure.

Plenty of cable channels and a fitness center for workouts. Breakfast had various hot and cold options, like oatmeal and fresh fruit. Location was near shopping, super convenient.
